Dear Sir and Madam,

SCHAKO ceiling slot diffusers are highly impressive with their slender design, which can be perfectly integrated into architectural concepts. To ensure easier integration of these components, SCHAKO has considerably simplified their mounting. This effectively cuts the work involved in suspending the slot diffusers by up to half.

With the VM (concealed mounting) fastener, the diffusers can be dismantled easily from the connection box. This simple disassembly of the diffusers from the box prevents any damages, scratches or soiling that may arise when they are mounted on the construction site. Drilling and riveting work are no longer necessary.

With the newly developed connecting elements, the connection boxes are interconnected with the correct position and form in a belt design. This simplifies mounting while minimising the assembly time.
At the same time, the connecting elements serve as spacers at the joints from slot diffuser to slot diffuser.

Other important innovations

Simplified alignment for slot diffusers with belt design

After installing and aligning all the boxes, the slot diffusers are then simply connected with the box from below using the VM fastener.

Slot diffuser as blind plate

The new fastening bracket with VM assembly enables a slot diffuser to be mounted as a blind plate at any location in the belt, e.g. at the end of a belt towards the wall.

Slot diffuser without connection box

When using a slot diffuser without attached box, e.g. in pressure ceilings or for overflow operation, simple mounting is ensured by fastening with clamping brackets..

For simple and fast dimensioning and data evaluation, we offer the SCHAKO design programme.
We wish you every success in working with the new design programme and would be pleased to answer any questions you may have.

Best regards,

ppa. Dr. Marcus Müller
