Fields of application:
The system is suitable for all extraction types, i.e. high flexibility in the selection of the laboratory furniture to DIN 12924 Part 1.

Function:
Maximum safety for the operator through the use of three independent and different sensors (linear position potentiometer with linear position sensor part, flow sensor, static differential pressure sensor) with plausibility check for acquiring the vertical and horizontal sash window positions. The quick-acting actuator (3 sec. for 90 ° position change) guarantees high safety in standard operation but also in the case of an alarm.
Integration into a BCS installation is possible on a LON basis. Thus, LON also allows remote maintenance at relatively low running costs. The LCR-300-V-LON control system is compatible with all laboratory furniture manufacturers. Because of the 230V AC supply voltage, no additional transformer is required.
The fume hood exhaust air flow controller is distinguished by its very high measuring accuracy. The controller has two relay outputs and four digital, optically coupled inputs, and can be mounted directly on the fume hood without steadying flow sections.
Freely selectable operational controls allow mounting on the laboratory furniture of different manufacturers.
Each user can have his own control element fitted, specifically selected for him, which can alternatively also be fitted with a digital volumetric flow indicator.
