Function:
In the case of two-duct air-conditioning installations, hot and cold air are mixed by means of two built-in volumetric flow controllers so that the inlet air can be blown into the room at the correct temperature. The measuring crosses, with 12 measuring points each, distributed in accordance with the median line method, enable very accurate measurement of the air volume throughput. The error of measurement is ± 5% of the rated volume.
The built-in sound absorber part reduces the flow-generated noise. An additional sound absorber for further reduction of the flow-generated noise and an acoustic cladding for reducing the radiated noise are available.
