Room Acoustic Module Audimin

Fields of application:
The room acoustic modules reduce disturbing noises and allow a better concentration and therefore higher productivity. Particularly in the case of reverberant rooms, the room acoustic modules guarantee higher comfort through reduction of the noise level. The room acoustic modules are fastened to the wall or ceiling.

Function:
Conventional cooling ceilings frequently cover up a large proportion of the available ceiling surface area, and must therefore also perform the function of sound absorption. However, this leads to performance losses in their effective cooling capacity. It is therefore recommended separating the room-cooling and sound-absorbing functions.
The effective room acoustic modules meet the increased demands for balanced room acoustics in the office and can also be installed later.
By equipping a reverberant office (up to 20 m²) with the AUDIMIN Standard-... module, consisting of four room acoustic elements 1200 x 800 mm, a room damping of up to 4 dB was achieved! Moreover, the reverberating time in the office of approx. 2 sec. was reduced to approx. 0.8 sec.
